Nordic Skin Klinik is the data controller for the details you submit through this website. Send questions about how we process your data to info@nordicskinklinik.se or call 070-624 11 79.

We only collect what you send us yourself:

• The contact form: name, email address, phone number, profession, topic, preferred package and your message.
• The MAL interest form: name, email address, phone number, profession, chosen package and message.
• Documents you upload: for example your licence, ID, certificates or agreements. Such documents may contain sensitive data and personal identity numbers.

Please do not send patient data through the forms.

• To answer your question and stay in touch with you.
• To prepare, sign and manage a MAL agreement with you.
• To check your licence and qualifications before we take on the role of medically responsible physician for your practice.

The legal basis is your consent, given in the form, and – when you register interest in a MAL package – that the processing is needed to enter into and perform an agreement with you.

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for its purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted once the matter is closed. Data belonging to a MAL agreement is kept while the agreement is in force and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Your data is handled by Dr Alex and the people at Nordic Skin Klinik who need it for your matter. Our web hosting and email providers store it on our behalf as data processors. We never sell your data and do not share it with others unless the law requires it.

The forms are sent encrypted. Uploaded documents are stored on a protected server and cannot be reached from the website – only signed-in administrators can open them.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have your data erased. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, receive your data in a machine-readable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at info@nordicskinklinik.se.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
